Tender Cottage Cheese Casserole with Raisins and Dried Apricots
This dish is prepared very quickly and turns out very tasty. It is delicious and wholesome, and the casserole made with this recipe comes out especially tender and flavorful. It is very easy to make, and I have not yet met anyone who did not like it. May everything be delicious.

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the dried apricots into small pieces.
Step 2
Mix them with the raisins and pour boiling water over them. Leave for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the semolina with the sour cream and leave for 10-15 minutes so it can swell.
Step 4
Add the vanilla sugar, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and cottage cheese to the semolina and sour cream mixture.
Step 5
Blend the whole mixture until smooth. In the video recipe I showed the consistency.
Step 6
Drain the water from the raisins and dried apricots, then add them to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
Step 7
Grease the baking dish with butter.
Step 8
Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the dish. Place it into an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F) for about 40-50 minutes.
