Stuffed Eggs with Red Caviar

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. You can use any type of red caviar. Cook the eggs beforehand: place them in water, bring to a boil and cook for 7–8 minutes. Drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water.
Step 2
Peel the cooled eggs. Cut each egg in half and separate the yolks from the whites. Place the yolks in a separate bowl and mash them.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped fresh herbs and mayonnaise to the yolks. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Step 4
Arrange fresh lettuce leaves on a serving plate. Fill each egg white half with the prepared yolk mixture and place on the plate.
Step 5
Top each stuffed egg with red caviar and serve.
