Strawberry Chicken Wings with Strawberry Sauce

- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml

Preparation
Step 1
At the beginning of marinating the wings, separate the wing tips by cutting them off with a knife.
Step 2
Crush the strawberries, turning them into a mushy mixture.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, coriander, and honey to the crushed strawberries.
Step 4
Mix the resulting mixture with the wings and leave them to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Step 5
Grill over medium heat from the coals for about 10-15 minutes on each side.
Step 6
To make the sauce, crush the strawberries in a saucepan.
Step 7
Add 3 cloves of garlic there as well, crushed in a garlic press.
Step 8
At the same time add sunflower oil and mix everything together.
Step 9
Bring the sauce to a boil over the heat, then once it boils reduce the heat to low and let it simmer until thickened.
Step 10
Once the sauce reaches the desired consistency, add salt, allspice, ground black pepper, and ginger. Mix everything. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Then turn off the heat. Let it cool to 70-80°C (158-176°F). After cooling, add the honey.
Step 11
Blend everything with a blender. The sauce is ready. Enjoy your meal!
