Strawberries and Cream Dessert
Wonderfully delicious and simple. Even a child can make it. I do not know a better combination than whipped cream and fresh fragrant strawberries. The dessert is prepared very quickly and turns out incredibly tasty. Strawberries with cream are also perfect for a festive table. Both children and adults love this combination.

Preparation
Step 1
How do you make a strawberries and cream dessert? Choose ripe and fragrant strawberries. Wash the strawberries well. It is better to wash them with the stems still on, otherwise they will absorb water and become watery. After washing, remove the stems and dry the strawberries on paper towels.
Step 2
Pour heavy cream, 33% fat or higher, into a deep bowl and begin whipping at a low speed. Do this carefully so you do not create splashes. For the cream to whip well, it must be thoroughly chilled, so place it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. I also put the bowl and the mixer beaters in the freezer.
Step 3
Add the powdered sugar and continue whipping. You can also add vanilla to taste. Increase the mixer speed and continue whipping.
Step 4
Whip until clear marks from the mixer beaters appear in the cream. This usually takes me about 4 minutes. Do not overdo it, otherwise you will get butter.
Step 5
Cut the washed strawberries however you like best. I cut mine into halves and quarters.
Step 6
For convenience, I placed the cream in a piping bag, but this is not necessary; you can use a spoon.
Step 7
Take dessert bowls and begin alternating layers. At the very bottom, I put a little strawberry jam. It is not listed in the recipe, but in my opinion it tastes better this way. You should do it to your own taste.
Step 8
Then add a layer of cream.
Step 9
Then add the sliced strawberries.
Step 10
Again cream, then jam and strawberries. Finish with a cap of cream, pieces of strawberry, and a mint leaf. I have only suggested my version of arranging and decorating it; you should make and decorate it however you like best. In any case, it will be delicious. Enjoy your meal!
