Step 1
How to make squid, corn and rice salad? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Scald the squid with boiling water and peel off the skin and remove the innards. Then put them into boiling salted water and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes after it comes back to a boil. Let cool.
Step 3
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into small cubes as well.
Step 5
Slice the squid into strips.
Step 6
Add the cooked rice and the corn to the chopped ingredients.
Step 7
Mix everything and dress with mayonnaise.
