Preparation
Step 1
To make our wonderful salad, place all the necessary ingredients on the table. First, I like to prepare the beef, because cooking it takes a lot of time and requires some skill. It is important to note that the meat should turn out very tender and juicy. For this, I take the beef and rinse it thoroughly under cold water. After that, I cut the meat into small pieces. Next, take the onion and slice it into half-rings. Add the pieces of juicy meat to a preheated frying pan and fry until golden brown. Add the onion and fry everything together for 15-20 minutes. At the end, pour water into the pan and stew over low heat for about 1 hour. Salt the meat at the very end.
Step 2
After the beef is cooked, cut the tomatoes into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Take the spinach, rinse it, and cut it into small strips.
Step 3
Next, I peel the young potatoes and boil them over medium heat for 40 minutes. I let the potatoes cool, then chop them finely and add them to our prepared ingredients.
Step 4
To decorate the salad, I use lemon and cut it into wedges. Also, for decoration and a bright taste, I like to use olives. Most often I use large yellow olives so that the salad is even tastier and juicier. I chop the olives finely and place them on a plate.
Step 5
To finish preparing our healthy salad, I add salt to taste and a little mayonnaise. For dressing the salad, you can also use sour cream, yogurt, or vegetable oil.
Step 6
After mixing all the ingredients, I put the salad in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that it can absorb the flavors well. Our wonderful and healthy salad is ready. Enjoy your meal!
Step 7
To decorate the salad, I like to use dill and add a little green onion. For the dressing, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream, yogurt, or vegetable oil.
Step 8
The salad turns out not only tasty, but also healthy. It is best served cold for a festive or family table. I am absolutely sure that you will remember the taste of this salad for a long time.
