Smoked Chicken, Egg and Cheese Salad

Preparation
Step 1
Remove the skin from the smoked chicken and cut it into small cubes.

Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes.

Remove the canned pineapple from the syrup and pat it dry. If your pineapple is in rings rather than pieces, cut it into small cubes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
