Simple Black Radish & Carrot Salad (Healthy)

Preparation
Step 1
Wash the radish thoroughly. Peel it and grate on a coarse grater. Put it in a bowl, lightly salt, and mix. Leave for 30 minutes. During this time, the vegetable will release juice, and with it most of the bitterness will go away.
Step 2
Wash the carrot, peel with a vegetable peeler, and grate it on a coarse grater as well.
Step 3
Rinse the green onion and parsley, pat dry with a clean dry towel or paper towels. Finely chop.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing. Mix together vegetable oil, salt, and lemon juice.
Step 5
Squeeze the juice out of the radish and transfer it to a salad bowl. Add the carrot, herbs, and dressing. Mix everything thoroughly. The simple healthy black radish and carrot salad is ready. Enjoy!
