Step 1
How do you make sausages in the microwave without water? Very easily. Take the sausages, we will not need anything else. It is best to choose sausages with a natural ingredient list. In that case, eating them will be not only pleasant but also safer for your health.

If the individual casing on the sausages is not natural, remove it. It is convenient to lift the edge of the casing on one side with a small knife and pull it off in one piece.

To make the sausages not only pleasant to eat but also more appealing to look at, I suggest making shallow cuts along the entire length of each sausage. Make them diagonally.

Then make the same cuts after turning the sausages over. In the end, you will get crosswise cuts, which, during heating, will give the sausages an even more attractive and appetizing appearance.

Transfer the sausages to a plate suitable for use in a microwave oven. The most important thing is that it must not have any gold trim. It must not be made of metal or thin plastic. Put the sausages into the microwave for about 2–4 minutes at 800 watts. Keep in mind that microwaves vary, so the time and power are only approximate. Adjust according to your appliance.

It is easy to tell when the sausages are ready by looking at the cuts. They should open up and turn slightly outward. This means the sausages have heated through well inside and are ready to eat.
