Salad with Canned Champignons, Chicken, and Cucumber
A very tasty and hearty salad with mushrooms. We all love different salads and make them for holidays and many other occasions. I suggest making a very simple salad with affordable ingredients. It can easily be included in the everyday menu and served as an addition to lunch or dinner.

Preparation
Step 1
How do you make salad with canned champignons, chicken, and cucumber? Prepare the ingredients. Boil the chicken meat in salted boiling water for 20-30 minutes. Then let the meat cool. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs so they cool faster. Wash the cucumber under running water. Peel the onion and rinse it in cold water. Open the jar of champignons and drain off the liquid.
Step 2
First, marinate the onion. To do this, finely chop the onion and pour vinegar over it. Let it stand for about 10 minutes. Then drain off the vinegar and rinse the onion with water. The marinated onion will give the finished salad a distinctive flavor.
Step 3
Cut the cooked chicken meat into small cubes and place it in a bowl for making the salad. Use a bowl large enough so the finished salad will be easy to mix.
Step 4
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and add it to the bowl with the chicken. Decide for yourself whether to peel the cucumber or not. I did not peel it.
Step 5
You can use either pre-sliced champignons or whole ones. If they are very large, cut them into 4 pieces. Add the sliced champignons to the salad bowl.
Step 6
Peel the boiled eggs, chop them, and add them to the salad as well. Then add the marinated onion. Dress the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 7
The salad is ready. Chill it a little in the refrigerator. Before serving, transfer it to a salad bowl. The finished salad is light, tasty, and thanks to the chicken meat, quite filling. Enjoy your meal!
