Quick rolls with mackerel in a pan

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients needed for cooking.
Step 2
Place the canned mackerel (without the liquid), finely chopped onion, chopped spring onions, and ground paprika into a bowl.
Step 3
Mix everything well and set aside.
Step 4
In a food processor, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Step 5
Add the butter cut into pieces to the flour and process until incorporated.
Step 6
Then add the egg and continue mixing the dough.
Step 7
Gradually pour in the water. Add just enough until the mixture resembles wet crumbs. Transfer everything to a bowl.
Step 8
Knead by hand into a smooth dough ball. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes
Step 9
Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into wider strips.
Step 10
Place a small amount of filling on each strip.
Step 11
Roll into logs and seal the edges well so the filling does not leak out.
Step 12
Heat enough oil in a pan to cover half of the rolls. Fry on both sides until nicely golden (the heat should not be too high so the inside cooks through).
Step 13
The rolls are delicious both warm and cooled.
