How to make potato patties with mushroom gravy? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Peel the washed potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. While still hot, press the potatoes through a sieve and mix with the egg yolks.
Step 3
Shape patties from the potato mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in a pan with hot vegetable oil. Then warm the patties in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Soak the dried mushrooms in cold water for 3 hours, then boil them without salt in the same water. Cook the flour in half of the butter (make a roux), let it cool slightly, and whisk in 2 cups of mushroom broth. Simmer the sauce over gentle heat for 20 minutes. Fry the chopped onion in the remaining butter. Add the mushrooms to the onion and cook for 5 more minutes.

Season the mushrooms and onion with salt and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve the potato patties with the mushroom sauce. Enjoy!
