Pizza with a Milk and Parmesan Sauce
Quick pizza with homemade sauce. You do not have to spend a long time making pizza dough. Modern supermarkets sell ready-made pizza bases, so all that is left is to spread on the sauce, add the topping, bake for 8 minutes, and that is it. Hot pizza is ready.

Preparation
Step 1
Take the pizza base out of the freezer. It should thaw at room temperature. Usually this takes 10–15 minutes. During that time, prepare the sauce. Put the butter into a small saucepan with a nonstick coating and melt it over low heat. The butter should not boil. Add the herbs and minced garlic.
Step 2
Sift in 1 level tablespoon of flour and quickly stir. By sifting the flour through a sieve, we avoid lumps forming in the sauce.
Step 3
Slowly pour cold milk into the flour mixture in a thin stream, stirring immediately. All of these steps help prevent lumps from forming. Cook the sauce over medium heat until it thickens slightly. Keep in mind that once the sauce cools, it will thicken a little more.
Step 4
Add the grated Parmesan to the thickened sauce, season with ground black pepper, salt, and nutmeg, stir, and remove the sauce from the heat.
Step 5
The sauce should cool slightly. Meanwhile, prepare the pizza topping. Cut the processed cheese slice and the ham into small triangles, the mushrooms into slices, and the red onion into thin strips. Since my pizza is 22.5 cm, about 9 inches, in diameter, I cut the ingredients into small pieces. Adjust the size of the pieces according to your pizza base.
Step 6
Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce over the surface of the thawed pizza base and distribute it evenly, leaving a small border around the edge. Transfer the remaining sauce to a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.
Step 7
Arrange all the sliced ingredients over the sauce: the ham, cheese, mushrooms, and red onion. Dot a little mayonnaise over the top in a random pattern. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes. The baking time and temperature may vary depending on your oven and how it works.
