Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop tomatoes, onion, chilli and coriander.
Step 2
Place everything into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the lime juice and salt, then stir again until everything is well combined.
Step 4
Cover and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
Step 5
Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
