- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
How to make pasta with chicken and broccoli? Prepare the ingredients. I use chicken thigh fillet - it’s not as dry as breast. Broccoli can be frozen; there’s no need to thaw it in advance.
Step 2
Cook the pasta until done according to the package instructions. Salt the water lightly while cooking. Then drain in a colander to remove excess moisture.
Step 3
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into small pieces. Add the chicken to a hot skillet and fry with olive oil for 12-15 minutes. The chicken will turn nicely golden.
Step 4
Add broccoli florets and finely chopped garlic to the skillet. If the florets are large, cut them into 2-3 pieces. Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the cream into the skillet. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Simmer everything for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Add chopped parsley. Grate Parmesan and sprinkle it over the chicken and broccoli. Reserve a little grated cheese to finish the dish.
Step 7
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix everything together.
Step 8
Pasta with broccoli and chicken in a cream sauce is ready! Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan. Serve hot. Enjoy!
