Preparation
Step 1
How to bake chicken breasts in foil? Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the chicken breasts well under running water and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Pour a little vegetable oil into a bowl. Add salt and spices. You can use ground peppers and dried aromatic herbs, such as dill or basil.
Step 3
Add paprika to the bowl.
Step 4
Peel a few garlic cloves and mince them (press through a garlic press or chop finely). Mix everything together.
Step 5
Coat the chicken breasts well with the marinade. If you have time, let them marinate a bit - or start baking right away.
Step 6
Place each breast on a separate sheet of foil. Seal it first on top, then along the sides. Wrap so you can open the top quickly later, but so the juices can’t leak out.
Step 7
Put the foil-wrapped breasts into a baking dish. Any ovenproof dish works: ceramic, glass, or metal. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (392°F) for 40-45 minutes, adjusting to your oven. 15 minutes before the end, open the top of the foil and leave the breasts in the oven to brown slightly.
Step 8
The breasts will bake in their own juices and absorb the aromas of garlic and spices. Remove the juicy breasts from the oven, cool slightly, and serve. You can even serve them in the “foil boats” - it looks unusual and nice.
Step 9
Serve with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
