No-Bake Orange Jelly Cake

Preparation
Step 1
To make a delicious no-bake orange jelly cake, prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Pour 1 liter of orange juice (about 4 1/4 cups) into a pot.

Add 80 g sugar (about 0.4 cup).
Step 4
Add 75 g cornstarch (about 2/3 cup).
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients in the pot well.
Step 6
Pour 800 ml milk (about 3 1/3 cups) into a saucepan.
Step 7
Add 100 g sugar (about 1/2 cup).
Step 8
Add 1 tsp vanilla sugar.
Step 9
Add 75 g cornstarch (about 2/3 cup).
Step 10
Mix all the ingredients in the saucepan well.
Step 11
Place the pot and the saucepan on the stove and set to medium heat.
Step 12
Whisk constantly and cook until you get the cake cream consistency you need.

Continue stirring and cook until the cream reaches the desired thickness for the cake.

Grease a suitable mold/pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and pour in the prepared milk cream.

Carefully pour the hot orange cream on top of the milk layer.

Cover the pan with plastic wrap, let it cool, then refrigerate until the cake is completely chilled.

Remove the cake from the mold, place it on a plate, and sprinkle the top with shredded coconut. Enjoy your tea time!
