Mini Apple Pies “One Bite and Done”
Very quick and easy - just a few ingredients. No messing with dough: just thaw puff pastry, slice fruit, shape, and you’re done! Even a kid can make it.

Easy
About 30 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Hii! I decided to make a charlotte-style dessert, and I didn’t even know it could be this easy. I want to share the recipe with you :)
Step 2
I cut the apples and bananas into small wedges (I used slightly overripe ones - they’re always sweeter) and mixed them, sprinkling with sugar and cinnamon (cinnamon to taste; you can add other spices too).
Step 3
I left it for about 20 minutes so the apples would release juice and soak up the sugar. I wrapped it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
Step 4
I rolled the pastry fairly thin, but not so thin that it would tear, and cut out circles (with a glass and a small plate). I decided to make some larger and some smaller ones.
Step 5
Then I started shaping these mini pies: pastry - filling - pastry. Easy!
Step 6
At the end, I pricked the pastry with a fork so it wouldn’t burst. I brushed it with egg for a golden crust and baked it in an oven preheated to 180°C / 356°F for 30 minutes. Done :) Enjoy!!
