Preparation
Step 1
How do you make a marshmallow and sour cream dessert with fruit? Very simply and quickly. First, prepare the ingredients from the list. Use sour cream with 20% fat or higher. You can replace sour cream with 33% heavy cream whipped. You can use any marshmallows: vanilla, berry, or fruit-flavored. I used raspberry.
Step 2
Remove the canned peaches from the syrup and pat dry. Slice into wedges. You can use fresh peaches instead. You can also swap the grapes and peaches for any other fruit and berry combinations to suit your taste and the season.
Step 3
Wash the grapes, pat dry, and remove the berries from the stems. If the grapes are large, cut them in half. It’s best to use seedless grapes - blue, red, or green, to your taste. If the grapes have seeds, remove them.
Step 4
In a blender bowl, combine the sour cream and marshmallows broken into pieces. Blend until smooth. The thickness depends on the fat content of the sour cream. If you want a thicker cream, add only half of the sour cream at first, then add the rest little by little if needed.
Step 5
Spoon a little cream into the bottom of glasses or dessert cups. Arrange most of the peaches on top of the cream. Spread another third of the cream over the peaches. Add the grapes. Spoon the remaining marshmallow cream over the grapes. Decorate the top with the remaining peach slices and mint. I made 3 servings. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then serve. Enjoy!
