Kefir Okroshka with Radishes and Cucumber

Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making this delicious light okroshka on kefir according to the signature recipe.

Cut 1 large cucumber into small cubes and place it into a suitable deep bowl.

Cut 6 radishes into small cubes of any shape and place them into the bowl with the cucumber.

Press 2 garlic cloves through a press and add them to a small bowl with salt to your taste.
