Kebab-Style Gizzards

- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Wash, trim, and boil gizzards with salt, sliced onion, ginger, and pepper for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
Step 2
Mix in a bowl tomato paste, oil, paprika, curry powder, garlic, black pepper, salt. Add the gizzards and coat well. Let marinate 15-30 minutes.
Step 3
Thread pieces on wooden skewers.
Step 4
Grill the gizzards for 8-10 minutes, turning often not to burn it.
Step 5
Serve the skewers with fried potatoes, rice, salad, shito sauce or bread.
