Preparation
Step 1
How to bake pink salmon steaks in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can buy pink salmon already cut into steaks, or buy a whole fish and slice it yourself. Rinse the salmon steaks under running water and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice with salt and spices. For the spice, I use a ready-made fish seasoning mix.
Step 3
Add vegetable oil and soy sauce to the bowl. Mix all ingredients.
Step 4
Dip each salmon steak into the sauce so it coats all sides.
Step 5
Prepare any oven-safe baking dish - it can be metal, glass, or ceramic. I use a ceramic one. Line the bottom with a sheet of foil and place the prepared salmon steaks on it.
Step 6
Cover the top with another sheet of foil and fold the edges to seal. Put the dish into an oven preheated to 180°C / 356°F for 20-30 minutes. Adjust to your oven. Baking time depends on oven power and the size of the steaks.
Step 7
About 10 minutes before the end of baking, remove the top sheet of foil and leave the fish in the oven so it browns slightly.
Step 8
The juicy, tasty, and very appetizing pink salmon steaks are ready! Transfer to a plate and serve. Add fresh vegetables on the side. Enjoy your meal!
