Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is best to make this appetizer with ground meat, because it will be juicier that way. You can use any kind of ground meat. This time I chose ground chicken.

Fry the ground meat in vegetable oil until cooked through. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil as well. Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, finely chop the herbs, and press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients prepared for the filling. Add salt and pepper to the mixture, add the sour cream, and stir until smooth.

Cut the lavash into squares, place the filling on one side of each piece, and roll the lavash into a roll.

Fry the prepared rolls in a skillet on both sides until golden brown. Place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil, then transfer them to a serving dish. The result is a hot appetizer that is quick to prepare and works perfectly for a picnic.
