Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making these tasty and appealing gingerbread cookies.

Pour 250 milliliters milk, about 1 cup, into a saucepan and heat it on the stove, then add 250 grams sugar, about 1 1/4 cups.

Add 80 grams butter, about 5 1/2 tablespoons, to the saucepan.

Stirring, bring all the ingredients in the saucepan to a boil, then remove it from the heat.

Add 200 grams flour, about 1 2/3 cups, to the saucepan.

Mix all the ingredients in the saucepan well and make a scalded dough.

Add 1 teaspoon salt to the saucepan.
