Greek salad
A fresh and vibrant salad, bursting with crisp cucumber, juicy tomatoes, red onion, olives, and creamy feta cheese, all tossed in a simple olive oil and oregano dressing - the perfect Mediterranean side or light meal.

Preparation
Step 1
Dice tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes.
Step 2
Deseed bell pepper and dice into cubes.
Step 3
Finely slice the red onion, dice feta cheese.
Step 4
Add all vegetables and feta to a bowl.
Step 5
Chop the lettuce into rough cubes lengthways. Add to the same bowl.
Step 6
Lastly add olives, sprinkle oregano, pour the oil and red wine vinegar. Stir everything and serve.
