- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. You can replace the grapes with pear, which also pairs well with the other ingredients. For the soft cheese, use Brie or Camembert.
Step 2
Place the soft cottage cheese and cream cheese, such as Philadelphia, in a small deep bowl.
Step 3
Rinse and dry the chives, finely chop them and add to the bowl. You can use young spring onions instead, or add dill or a few basil leaves if desired. Season with ground black pepper.
Step 4
Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 5
Rinse the lamb’s lettuce and dry it well with paper towels. Arrange the leaves in an even layer on a large serving plate.
Step 6
Rinse the bell pepper and remove the seeds and core. Peel the onion; red or white onion works especially well here. Cut the pepper and onion into thin strips or half-rings and arrange over the lamb’s lettuce.
Step 7
Cut the soft cheese into slices about ⅛–¼ inch thick. Spread each piece with some of the cottage cheese mixture using a small knife or teaspoon.
Step 8
Arrange the Camembert or Brie pieces over the salad.
Step 9
Rinse and dry the grapes. Cut large grapes in half and leave smaller ones whole, then add them to the salad.
Step 10
Drizzle the salad with olive oil. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste and scatter a little fresh greenery over the top.
Step 11
If desired, crumble some feta into small pieces and add it to the salad.
Step 12
Before serving, you can cover the plate and chill the salad in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.
