Fried Chicken with Turmeric and Carrots
A tasty and hearty dish. It looks unusual on the table. The special feature of this chicken recipe is that, thanks to the natural coloring of turmeric, curry, and carrots, it takes on a beautiful orange-yellow color as well as a pleasant spiciness and sweetness.

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare a small chicken.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into pieces. I do not like chicken skin, so I remove as much of it as possible.
Step 3
Prepare the vegetables and seasonings. Cut the carrot into thick strips, the onion into cubes, and the garlic into slices.
Step 4
Pour a small amount of sunflower oil into a hot frying pan and add the chicken. Fry each piece a little on both sides. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, then add the sliced carrot.
Step 5
After a couple of minutes of frying, add the onion and the sliced garlic.
Step 6
Add the remaining seasonings: a little black pepper, turmeric, curry with lemongrass, and salt. Fry a little longer.
