Fluffy Microwave Omelet with Milk
A favorite breakfast dish made in an unusual way. Fluffy microwave omelet with milk comes in handy when there is no possibility to use the stove. Follow the suggested recommendations, and you will definitely get an appetizing and tender omelet that will delight everyone with its taste.

Step 1
How do you make a fluffy omelet with milk and eggs in the microwave? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use large eggs, preferably farm eggs, or at least large store-bought ones. Before using the eggs, check that they are fresh. Put them into a bowl of room-temperature water. If the eggs sink to the bottom, they are fresh. Those that float are no longer very fresh.
Step 2
Carefully crack the eggs into a deep bowl. The omelet ingredients will be mixed quite vigorously, so the bowl should be deep enough.

Mix the eggs with a fork.

Add salt. I use regular coarse sea salt, but you can also use seasoned salt. You can also pepper the omelet mixture to taste or add other spices and seasonings.
Step 5
Pour in the milk. It can be regular dairy milk of any fat content or any plant-based milk. Measure the amount of milk like this: for 1 egg, use as much milk as fits into half of that egg’s shell.
Step 6
Mix the omelet mixture. Mine is a classic omelet without add-ins, but if you like, you can add pieces of tomato, sweet pepper, bacon, fresh herbs, onion, or garlic. Grated cheese, fried mushrooms, and pieces of chicken or fish will also work well.
Step 7
Prepare a dish suitable for use in the microwave. Remember that you must never use metal items or dishes with shiny decoration in a microwave. Glass, porcelain, wood, and even paper dishes are suitable. Mine is wooden. If needed, grease the dish with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 8
Pour the omelet mixture into the dish. Cook in the microwave for 1 1/2 to 4 minutes. The time is approximate because it depends on the power and specific features of your microwave, as well as on the size of the dish in which you cook the omelet. Mine took 3 1/2 minutes.
Step 9
Serve the omelet immediately. Enjoy your meal!
