Dry Skillet Tortillas
They’re made as fast as they’re eaten :). Simple, tasty skillet flatbreads - perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Eat as-is or wrap any filling.

Preparation
Step 1
Sift the flour through a sieve.
Step 2
Add sugar and salt, then mix.
Step 3
Pour in the oil and water.
Step 4
Knead the dough.
Step 5
Dust the work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 5 parts.
Step 6
Shape each piece into a ball.
Step 7
Roll each ball into a thin tortilla.
Step 8
Heat a skillet over high heat and, if you like, lightly grease it with a little vegetable oil.
Step 9
Place the tortilla on the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds per side.
