Preparation
Step 1
At the beginning of preparation, cover the bottom of the container in which the duck breasts will be salted with a layer of wheat or other grains.

Then sprinkle an even layer of salt over the grains. Place the duck breasts on top and cover them with salt as well, so that no meat is left exposed. Put the dish with the product in the refrigerator for two days. During this time, the meat will lose moisture.

Mix the ingredients and roll the meat in them. Place the meat on toothpicks so that, while drying, it does not touch the dish and has good air circulation.
