Dough for Any Hand Pies
Do you love fried hand pies? Make them with this dough and you will be grateful. Since childhood, I have loved fried hand pies with all kinds of fillings. As soon as I started cooking, I asked my mother to teach me how to make yeast dough for hand pies. Honestly, this dough worked for me the very first time. Now I occasionally treat myself and my husband to delicious hand pies with all sorts of fillings. Now I will tell you the recipe for this dough.

Preparation
Step 1
First, dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm milk.

Then dissolve the salt in the milk.
Step 3
Add the chicken egg and the flour that has been sifted through a sieve. Combine all of this mixture with the yeast and knead a smooth, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands and has no lumps. Usually, kneading takes about 10 minutes.

Melt the butter.
Step 5
At the end of kneading the dough, add the melted butter to it.

Knead again.

Now place the dough into a deep bowl, cover it with a towel, and put it in a warm place for about 2-3 hours.

After that time, take it out and, on a table greased with oil, shape whatever baked goods you need.
