Curry Sauce with Apple Pieces

Step 1
How to make curry sauce with apple pieces? Very simple. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash, peel, and finely dice the onion.
Step 3
Wash and peel the garlic as well. Slice it into thin slices.
Step 4
Pour vegetable oil into a skillet. Add the onion and garlic. Sauté until golden.
Step 5
Add flour to the onion and garlic and fry for about 3 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the skillet from the heat. Pour in the broth in small portions, stirring constantly so there are no lumps.
Step 7
Add the curry powder and mix thoroughly. Put the skillet back on the heat, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring well.
Step 8
Wash the apple and peel it; remove the core.
Step 9
Chop the apple in a blender. The pieces will stay a bit larger and will make the sauce texture more interesting (I really liked it).
Step 10
Add the blended/grated apple to the skillet, then add mustard and lemon juice. Add the cream (I used 10% fat) and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 11
The curry sauce is ready. Enjoy your meal!
