How do you make cream glaze? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. For the creamy mixture to turn out delicate, use cream with at least 20% fat. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanilla extract, essence, a vanilla bean, or vanilla powder.

The ratio of cream to granulated sugar should be 1:1, in this case 1 cup of cream and 1 cup of sugar. Pour the cream into a saucepan and add the sugar. Place the saucepan over the heat. Bring the cream to a boil, then reduce the heat and, stirring constantly, cook for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
Step 3
When the creamy mixture thickens, add the butter.

Add the vanilla sugar.

Mix the glaze thoroughly with quick movements so that the butter dissolves completely. Immediately remove the saucepan from the heat. The glaze is ready. It can be used right away while still hot. You can also let it cool slightly and only then spread it over a pastry or enriched baked good. This amount of ingredients makes a small jar of glaze. It is enough for 6 large buns. Enjoy your meal!
