Preparation
Step 1
Using a blender or food processor, blend the coconut water and coconut flesh in short pulses.
Step 2
Your dessert should have small chunks of coconut flesh, sort of like rice pudding.
Step 3
Add milk (the amount depends on what consistency dessert you like) and sugar to taste and chill.
