Break the dark chocolate into small pieces.

Place the chocolate in a saucepan. Pour in 250 ml milk (about 1 cup). Put the saucepan over low heat and warm the mixture, stirring, until the chocolate is completely melted. To intensify the chocolate flavor and aroma, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder or use bittersweet chocolate.

Add a piece of butter to the hot chocolate mixture and wait until the butter melts. For extra aroma, you can add a pinch of ground cinnamon.
