Chocolate Batter Banana Cake with Glaze

Step 1
How do you make chocolate batter banana cake with glaze? In a deep bowl add flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. Mix. Then add salt, vanillin, and baking powder, and mix again.

Next add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and butter. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Slice the bananas into rounds.
Step 4
Place the bananas on the bottom of the baking pan.

Pour the batter over them. Spread the batter evenly through the pan. The bananas should be completely covered.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.

Meanwhile, make the glaze. In a small saucepan add milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and butter.

Set over heat, stirring constantly. The glaze should thicken - this will take 3-4 minutes. It should become about the consistency of sour cream.
Step 9
Spread the glaze over the entire surface of the cake.
Step 10
You can decorate the top with chocolate or berries.
