- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. Instead of chicken fillet, you may use any chicken parts: drumsticks, thighs, or leg quarters. Use any bacon you like - smoked or cooked-smoked.
Step 2
Rinse and pat dry the chicken fillets. Cut each fillet into two pieces, or into three if they are large.
Step 3
Season the chicken with chicken seasoning. Instead of a ready mix, you can use curry, paprika, dried garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Remove the damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and cut out the core. Shred the cabbage. To make the dish more filling, you may add cubed potatoes to the cabbage.
Step 5
Spread the cabbage evenly in a baking dish. Place the chicken pieces on top. Lay bacon slices over the chicken. If the slices are long, you may wrap the chicken with them.
Step 6
Prepare the sauce. Use plain, unsweetened yogurt of any fat content. You may replace tomato paste with ketchup. The listed spices can be replaced with ready seasoning for stewed cabbage.
Step 7
In a glass combine water, yogurt, tomato paste, paprika, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 8
Pour the yogurt-tomato mixture over the cabbage. Bake the chicken wrapped in bacon at 180°C / 355°F for about 45-50 minutes, until both chicken and cabbage are fully cooked. Adjust time and temperature according to your oven. Enjoy!
