Chicken Thigh Sausages with Cream Cheese
Make delicious homemade chicken sausages! Natural, tasty, with no flavorings or food additives. When you prepare chicken sausages like these at home, you don’t have to worry about their quality. They’re perfectly safe for your little ones, and adults will be delighted too.

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. You can use milk of any fat content. Instead of chicken thigh fillet you can take chicken meat from the breast or drumstick. Keep in mind that the weight of clean chicken meat should be 0.5 kg (about 1.1 lb). If you like, you can also add your favorite spices.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken meat under running water, pat it dry with paper towels, trim off any excess membranes and fat, cut the fillet into medium-sized pieces with a sharp knife and place them into the bowl of a blender. Add the cream cheese to the blender bowl as well.
Step 3
Process the ingredients in the blender on high speed until smooth and uniform. If you don’t have a blender, you can use a meat grinder with a fine plate.
Step 4
Remove the blade from the blender bowl. Add the cow’s milk, crack in the egg, add ground black pepper, salt and any other spices you like, and mix the mass with a fork.
Step 5
Place some of the sausage mixture onto a rectangular piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a sausage. Wrap the sausage tightly in the plastic wrap like a candy, tying the ends with ordinary thread.
Step 6
Boil the prepared sausages in gently boiling water for 20 minutes from the moment the water returns to a boil. In this time they will set well and hold their shape.
Step 7
Remove the cooked sausages from the water with a slotted spoon, let them cool slightly and carefully remove the plastic wrap so you don’t burn your hands. Then, in a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the chicken sausages on all sides until golden.
