Preparation
Step 1
How do you fry chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces about 1 centimeter thick, about 3/8 inch. I got 9 pieces. Do not cut them too small so that the meat stays juicy enough. It is best to cut across the grain.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade. To do this, in a deep bowl mix the soy sauce, vegetable oil, and garlic powder. Use either classic soy sauce or one with different additions, keeping in mind that they will affect the flavor of the finished dish.
Step 3
Place the fillet into the bowl with the marinade, mix, and leave it to soak for 20 minutes. There is no need to add salt, because the soy sauce is salty enough.
Step 4
Heat the frying pan well over medium heat. There is no need to grease it, because the marinade already contains vegetable oil. Place the chicken fillet pieces together with the sauce into the pan and fry for about 5 minutes on 1 side.
Step 5
Fry the fillet on the other side for another 5 minutes, but reduce the heat slightly and cover the pan with a lid. It is not recommended to fry the meat longer, because it may turn dry. Turn off the heat and remove the meat from the pan. Place the fillet on a serving dish and pour over the sauce from the pan. If desired, sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds. Decorate with a sprig of fresh dill. Enjoy your meal!
