Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, pat it dry, and cut it into small pieces of approximately the same size.
Step 3
Heat the skillet until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place the chopped chicken fillet into the hot skillet and fry it for a few minutes over high heat until a golden crust appears.

Wash the carrot under running water with a brush and peel it. Peel the onion and rinse it. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet with the meat and stir. Fry everything together for 3–5 minutes.
Step 6
Then pour a little water into the skillet, cover it with a lid, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add a little salt and spices to taste. You can use any spices you like.
Step 7
At the end of the simmering time, in a separate glass mix a little water with the flour and sour cream. Stir everything well so that no flour lumps remain.
