Preparation
Step 1
You can buy ready-made chicken mince or make it yourself by grinding chicken fillet through a meat grinder. Use breast fillet or meat from any part of the chicken.
Step 2
Peel the onion, garlic, and carrot, and rinse them. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, and add both to the bowl with the chicken mince. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 3
Add 100 g of sour cream, breadcrumbs, paprika, and a little salt. Mix everything thoroughly until the mass becomes uniform.
Step 4
Heat a skillet well and add a little vegetable oil. Shape small cutlets and fry them on both sides over high heat until lightly browned.
Step 5
Transfer the fried cutlets into a baking dish and brush with the remaining sour cream. Add a bit of water to the dish. Place it into an oven preheated to 200°C (about 390°F) for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
The finished cutlets will absorb the sour cream and become beautifully golden. Transfer them to a plate and serve. They pair wonderfully with mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
