Step 1
First, prepare all the necessary ingredients and spices for making the cheese soup with chicken and vegetables.
Step 2
Take a 3-liter pot (about 3.2 quarts), place it on the stove, and pour in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Heat the oil well.
Step 3
Add salt to taste, then add 300 g (about 10.5 oz) of diced chicken fillet with wings. Fry over high heat until golden brown.

Finely chop one onion and add it to the pot with the chicken. Stir and continue frying.

Cut one carrot into small pieces, add it to the pot, stir, and keep cooking.

Add black pepper to taste and 2 large garlic cloves, pressed or finely chopped.

Dice 3 potatoes into small cubes, add them to the pot, stir well, and continue to sauté.

Pour in 1.5 liters (about 6 ½ cups) of boiling water. Stir all the ingredients, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and remove any foam from the surface.

Cook the soup for 10 minutes, then add 200 g (about 7 oz) of creamy processed cheese.

Stir until the cheese melts completely, bring the soup back to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

Pour the prepared cheese soup into bowls, sprinkle with fresh herbs to taste, and serve hot.
