How do you make Beloved Husband Salad with smoked chicken breast and mushrooms? Prepare the ingredients. Boil the eggs in advance and cool them. Use boneless smoked chicken breast. Choose good-quality processed cheese without vegetable fats. The salad is dressed with mayonnaise, though you can use a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. You can make the salad in one large salad bowl or in individual portions using a serving ring.

Rinse the button mushrooms under cold running water to remove any dirt and debris. Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces. Peel the onion and dice it. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the chopped mushrooms and onion, and fry them over low heat until done, about 10-15 minutes. Let the fried mushrooms cool.

Peel the boiled and cooled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater into a deep bowl. Remove the processed cheese from its wrapper and grate it on a coarse grater into the bowl with the eggs. To make it easier to grate, place the cheese in the freezer for half an hour. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press, then add them to the bowl with the eggs and cheese.
