Avocado and Salmon Salad
An exceptionally wholesome salad in just minutes. This salad is made only from nutritious ingredients. For people with dietary restrictions, such a dish can become a complete meal for lunch or dinner. A salad made from just a few ingredients can bring great benefits to the body.

Step 1
How do you make avocado and salmon salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad. Choose firm, not watery tomatoes, preferably seasonal ones. The avocado should be fresh, neither overripe nor underripe. The salmon should be lightly salted; give preference to homemade fish, and if you buy it in a store, choose a trusted producer and store, and check the expiration date. You can use any salad leaves, and you can also add chopped arugula to the salad.

Take a deep bowl for the salad. Wash and dry the avocado. Cut the fruit into two halves. If the avocado is ripe, it will be easy to separate the flesh from the skin. Remove the pit. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes and place it in the salad bowl. To keep the flesh from darkening, you can drizzle it with lemon juice, but the salad is made very quickly.
Step 3
Separate the fillet of lightly salted salmon from the skin. Remove the large and small bones. Cut the fish into small cubes and place it in the salad bowl.
Step 4
Rinse the chosen salad leaves under cold running water and dry them. Chop the greens finely.

Rinse and dry the fresh tomato. Just like the avocado and the fish, cut the tomato into small cubes.

For the dressing, you can use olive oil - then you will get a wholesome lighter salad. But I decided to experiment and added 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt. Dress the salad, add salt and ground black pepper to taste, and mix. Take the plate on which you will serve the salad. Place a serving ring on it and spoon the finished salad into it.
Step 7
Rinse the arugula leaves under cold running water and dry them. Decorate the salad with fresh arugula leaves and serve it immediately.
