Pour 150 g / about 1 1/2 cups rolled oats and 100 g / about 3/4 cup flour into a large bowl, then add 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Step 3
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl with a whisk.
Step 5
Place 120 g / about 1/2 cup softened butter in a large bowl and add 80 g / about 1/3 cup sugar.
Step 6
Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
Step 7
Crack 3 chicken eggs into the bowl with the butter base.
Step 8
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well with a mixer.
Step 9
Add 80 g / about 1/4 cup honey to the bowl with the egg mixture and mix again.
Step 10
Add the oat mixture to the bowl with the egg and honey base in parts.
Step 11
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the bowl until smooth, then let the batter stand for a little while.
Step 12
Peel 4 large apples, remove the cores, and cut them into not-too-small cubes.
Step 13
Place the diced apples in a bowl and grate in the zest of 1 lemon.
Step 14
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the bowl with the apples so they do not darken during preparation.

Step 16
Add the apples to the bowl with the prepared oat batter and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
Step 17
Grease a suitable baking pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Step 19
After 60 minutes, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then remove the pan and sprinkle the top with crushed walnuts. Enjoy!
