Preparation
Step 1
How do you make an alcoholic Piña Colada cocktail? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Before making the drink, place the glasses in the freezer for a while so they chill. It is best to use chilled juice and rum, while the coconut milk, on the contrary, should be kept at room temperature so it has an even consistency when preparing the cocktail. The specified amount of ingredients makes 2 glasses of Piña Colada.
Step 2
Shake the coconut milk well before opening the package. Measure out the required amount of pineapple juice, white rum, ice, and coconut milk. Pour the white rum into a shaker.
Step 3
Then pour in the pineapple juice.
Step 4
Add the coconut milk. Close the shaker with a lid and shake all the ingredients very well.
Step 5
Fill the chilled glasses to the top with ice.
Step 6
Pour the cocktail into the glasses in a thin stream.
Step 7
Place a cocktail straw in each glass. Decorate with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint.
Step 8
Carefully pour coconut syrup over the top into each glass. Before drinking the cocktail, stir it in your glass with the straw so the syrup is evenly distributed. Enjoy tasting!
